About The Oaks
The Oaks is a subdivision of 182 homes built in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Approximately 100 homes are within Gladstone city limits and the rest are within Kansas City. The main entrance is at Old Pike and 51st St., located in the northeast corner of US 169 and I-29 in the Northland of greater Kansas City.
We're approximately 15 minutes from Kansas City International Airport and 10 minutes from downtown Kansas City. Grocery stores, restaurants, and parks are all within a short drive, and a private swimming pool sits just across our entrance.
