Bylaws and Declaration of Restrictions

As originally established by amendment 6 to the Oaks Declaration of Restrictions, and further endorsed by a vote of the Oaks Board of Directors on September 8, 2015, all provisions, contents, declarations, and definitions as articulated by Articles 1–18 of the Oaks By Laws and Articles 1–8 of the Oaks Declarations of Restrictions are applicable to lot numbers 75–183 all inclusive as recorded in Clay County, Missouri as Plats 2, 3, and 4 of the Oaks subdivision development in Gladstone and Kansas City, Missouri.
