The By-Laws call for five board members. Board meetings are held every month, run 1 to 2 hours, and are usually scheduled for a weekday evening. Members are polled for the best time to meet. We meet at Panera.

Two shifts of 1.5 hours each (9 a.m. – 12 p.m.) at two sites (bulky items and brush). Volunteers check driver's licenses to verify homeownership and HOA dues status (the board provides a delinquency list).
