Deck Approval
Required before building, adding to, or significantly repairing a deck. Submit size, materials, color, slat style, and neighbor notification.

Required before driveway replacement, resurfacing, extension, or new install. Submit material, dimensions, and any footprint changes.

Required before painting any exterior surface. Submit colors for siding, trim, and shutters with samples and contractor info.

Required before installing a fence. Submit height, style, material, color, property-line proof, and neighbor notification.

Required for tree removal/planting, retaining walls, hardscape, garden beds, major regrading, or other significant landscaping changes.

Required before re-roofing. Submit shingle life, manufacturer, color, valley type, gutter changes, and neighbor notification.

Required before adding a room, sunroom, or enclosed deck. Submit dimensions, materials, colors, and neighbor notification.

Required before installing a shed. Sheds must match the style and color of your home. Provide diagram, color samples, and roof type.
