Architectural Control Committee — required before painting begins.

Per the Declaration of Restrictions (Section 6.04), all exterior paint colors must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee before painting begins. Earth tones are preferred. Submit this form along with physical color swatches or photos of swatches.
