Home Improvement Committee — required before fence installation.

All fences require approval before installation. Maximum height is 72 inches; chain link is not permitted. Property lines must be marked with stakes or a survey, and the fence must be set at least 6 inches inside the property line. Upload a photo of the proposed style.
