These can include anything from long-term disputes with neighbors to educating the community how they can best get police services possible. The position also includes handling a wide variety of prevention and outreach opportunities. The Oaks Homes Safety Tips
According to the police, cars parked on the street are broken into more than cars parked in the driveway. Motion detector lights on your driveway are a good theft deterrent. Lock cars kept outside and keep valuables out of sight. Keep garage doors closed. Gladstone police will do a vacation check. Call and request them to do so. Have neighbors keep an eye out for your home and you do the same for theirs. Stop mail and paper delivery when away. Have someone pick up the Gladstone Dispatch which comes every Wednesday evening.
