As originally established by amendment 6 to the Oaks Declaration of Restrictions, and further endorsed by a vote of the Oaks Board of Directors on September 8, 2015, all provisions, contents, declarations, and definitions as articulated by Articles 1-18 of the Oaks By Laws and Articles 1-8 of the Oaks Declarations of Restrictions are applicable to lot numbers 75-183 all inclusive as recorded in Clay County, Missouri as Plats 2, 3, and 4 of the Oaks subdivision development in Gladstone and Kansas City, Missouri.
