Home Improvement Committee — required before re-roofing begins.

All roof replacements and significant roof changes require approval. Darker earth tones are preferred; no rolled roof material is allowed. Provide a sample or close-up and distance photos of the exact shingle color. Gutters and drainpipes must be similar in color and construction.
