Home Improvement Committee — required before construction begins.

Per the Declaration of Restrictions, all room additions, sunrooms, and enclosed decks must be approved by the Home Improvement Committee before construction begins. Provide a diagram with length, width, and height, plus samples or descriptions of colors and materials.
